1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Voice AI+ (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or related services.

2. The Service

Voice AI+ provides voice, translation, and AI-assisted features. Available features may vary by device, country, operating system, app version, and subscription status.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Voice AI+ may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, such as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans. Details shown at the time of purchase control the plan price, billing period, and included access.

• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
• Subscription access is activated after the store confirms the transaction.
• Features, usage limits, or plan names may differ between available subscription tiers.
• Where a free trial or promotional offer is displayed, the specific offer terms shown at checkout apply.

4. Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account subscription settings.

• Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period.
• Refund requests are handled according to the rules and procedures of the store where the purchase was made.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Voice AI+ or use it in a way that harms the App, its users, or third parties.

• Do not use the App for unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, payment controls, authentication, or technical protections.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App, servers, or service providers.
• Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

6. AI Output & Accuracy

AI-generated translations, transcriptions, or responses may contain mistakes, omissions, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it.

• Do not rely on the App as the sole source for legal, medical, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
• For important communication, verify the meaning and accuracy of generated content independently.

7. Accounts & Access

If account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and for activity occurring through your account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, or service disruption.

8. Availability & Changes

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the App or service at any time. We aim to keep Voice AI+ reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, interface, and related materials are owned by Voice AI+ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the App as intended.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

Voice AI+ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voice AI+ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of Voice AI+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is handled.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when this page was most recently revised. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
